At Modé Haüs Official, we want you to experience luxury shopping with complete ease and confidence from the comfort of your home.
Should you require a different size or wish to initiate a return, our team will arrange a complimentary pickup from your delivery address.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to:

Request a return or exchange

Schedule a complimentary pickup

Send your order back to us
All returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all Modé Haüs Official tags, designer labels, authenticity cards, dust bags, and original packaging.
Please note:

International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Requests initiated beyond 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
How To Request A Return Or Exchange

Log into your account at Modé Haüs Official

Navigate to My Orders

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Choose the reason for your request

Add additional notes if required

Select either Return or Exchange
We offer complimentary courier pickup.
Once your request has been submitted, our Customer Care team will connect with you within 24–48 hours to process your request.
Packaging Guidelines
For courier pickups, kindly ensure:

Items are securely packed in their original packaging
-
All dust bags, shoe boxes, authenticity cards, tags, and protective covers are included
-
The parcel is sealed carefully to avoid transit damage
A return shipping label will be shared with you via email for a seamless pickup experience.
Exchanges
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched.
Exchange deliveries are typically completed within 3–6 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer upon receiving the required bank details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider
Sale Items
Please note the following conditions for sale purchases:

Accessories including shoes, bags, and jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange

Ready-to-wear purchased during sale periods is eligible for exchange only and not refunds
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Bags & Accessories
All original designer packaging including authenticity cards, straps, dust bags, and leather tags must be returned along with the item.
Please handle delicate or light-coloured products carefully. Items returned with visible scratches, stains, or signs of wear may not qualify for return.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes and dust bags. Kindly try shoes on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Swimwear
Swimwear must be tried on over undergarments and returned with the hygiene seal intact.
Jewellery
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
