This limited permission does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools and you are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify the site, or any portion of the site.

  • The site is for your personal non-commercial use only. RLLLP has filed its application for registration under the Trade and Merchandise Act and Rules at [●] under different classes and awaiting registration. Any violation of our trademarks will be liable for legal action.

  • If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant RLLLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant RLLLP and sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these Conditions and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify RLLLP their owners, employees and directors for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold RLLLP, its suppliers, owners, employees and its directors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to, breach of these Conditions, your violation of any applicable law or the rights (intellectual property rights) of any third party, your use of the site Modehausofficial.com, the purchase or use of product or service purchased / procured / availed from RLLLP, its suppliers or the site Modehausofficial.com.

Applicable Law

By visiting Modehausofficial.com, you agree that the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions and your use of the site, purchase of any products or availing of any services; and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RLLLP or its suppliers, owners, employees and directors.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way with RLLLP, or with respect to your access to Modehausofficial.com, purchase of products from RLLLP or through Modehausofficial.com, or availing of any services from RLLLP shall be submitted to confidential arbitration with its seat and venue in Mumbai, Maharashtra except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Lemli’s or its suppliers’ intellectual property rights, RLLLP or its suppliers may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by RLLLP and under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (or any statutory re-enactment or replacement thereof). The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, unless RLLLP so elects, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Conditions, RLLLP reserves the right to pursue any legal remedy available to it in any jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Conditions or policies shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision of these Conditions or policies.
